My approach is a slow, deep, mindful movement practice designed to increase strength and vitality in the body, stillness and clarity to the mind. It's always my intention to create a safe, calm and inclusive environment. I use simple language and clear instructions to guide you through a balanced yoga practice. I leave space for enquiry and contemplation so you can progress at your own pace and see for yourself the benefits of this ancient system.
Types of yoga I teach include:
- Hatha (the 'umbrella' term meaning the yoga of postures) this practice includes breathing techniques and meditation. A hatha class can be gentle or dynamic and flowing depending on the needs of the student.
- Yin Yoga
- Restorative Yoga
- Prenatal Yoga
