Welcome

I'm a full time registered & insured yoga teacher, trained in Glasgow with Yoga Scotland (500 hours) in 2005/07.

I also trained with Judy Cameron in 2008 for the British Wheel of Yoga pregnancy course and offer a special class for mums-to-be from 15 weeks into their pregnancy. 


Information on classes

Yoga is for everyone, you need only an open mind.

A few things to remember in class...

Yoga is non competitive, please respect your body and work within your limits.

Wear comfortable clothes but nothing too baggy bring something warm for relaxation.

Yoga is practiced in bare feet.

Leave at least 1-2 hours after eating before coming to class.

Avoid drinking lots of water during class, come hydrated and drink plenty after.

If you have injuries or medical conditions let me know before you start class. This includes high/low blood pressure, glaucoma,  pregnancy etc. Consult your GP if you have any health concerns.  If you are pregnant please book into the pregnancy class.


Finally, yoga is a lifelong journey. You may not see instant results but over time and with practice you will notice changes to your body and mind, the benefits of yoga will then truly be seen.
