My approach to yoga follows a slow, deep, mindful movement practice designed to increase strength and vitality in the body, heighten body awareness and bring stillness and clarity to the mind. It's always my intention to create a safe, calm and inclusive environment. I use simple language and clear instructions to guide you through a balanced yoga class. I leave space for enquiry and contemplation so you can progress at your own pace and see for yourself the benefits of this mind body system. To me, this practice has become more a way of being rather than something I do. I hope you can join me.
