Wednesday 7.45-9.00pm Yin Yoga (monthly) Langside Halls, Shawlands
Thursday 7.00-8.30pm Yoga (beginners) Shawlands United Reformed Church Hall
Friday 7.00-8.15am Yoga (level 1-2) Balance, Napiershall Street G20
Level 1-2 classes incorporate sun salutations (suyra namaskar), be prepared to work with some challenging poses and sequences plus inversions. Ideally students should be familiar with ujjayi breathing. Not suitable for complete beginners.
Beginners class will cover all the basics at a slower pace. You will learn how to breathe in yoga and the correct alignment for poses. Complete beginners are welcome plus those who prefer a gentler class.
Yin Yoga this class is for all levels. Yin poses are held for between 3-5 minutes and are done either sitting or lying. A wonderful way to finish off the day but still quite challenging! This class is not suitable for you if you are pregnant.
