Yoga for Beginners

This class is ideal for those interested in yoga but not sure where to start. It's designed for the absolute beginner or for those who have tried one or 2 classes but felt left behind. We will learn a few of the common yoga postures (asanas), simply breathing techniques for yoga, how to use props to enhance your practice and how to link postures to create sequences. The session will finish with a guided relaxation lying on the floor. This is fun, relaxed and friendly. You can ask questions, stay for tea, bring a friend and an open mind! Absolutely no experience required.
We have everything you need unless you want to bring your own mat. Wear some comfortable clothes that allow you to move. That's it!
$30 per 2.5 hour class or $75 for class + 1 month unlimited pass at Just Yoga.
Just Yoga is situated in the heart of Mount Pleasant. Parking is available free for this workshop at the back of the studio. Ask for directions. We are a community based, friendly studio. Have any questions? Contact us.
