This class is a blend of gentle somatic type movements designed to help release tension in the body followed by passive, introspective restorative yoga postures to allow the body to rest deeply. This series is themed although you are welcome to drop into a single class if you prefer. Useful props: bolster, 2 blocks, blankets 1 or 2 (large towels work too), cushions x 2

A delicious blend of yin yoga postures, slow mindful moving, rolling and releasing tension! The intention in this practice is to hydrate our tissues and keep our joints moving optimally. Useful props: foam block, firm cushion or folded blanket for sitting on, strap, yoga block, ball (tennis ball or pinky ball).
1. Download the Zoom app on your computer. It's free. 2. Set up your quiet space. You don't need a big space but tell your people you are practicing so less likely you'll be disturbed. 3. Click on the link I send you once you register. Passwords are used and you may end up in a 'waiting room" - this is to keep our class secure from internet trolls! 4. Join whenever you are ready I'll keep the class open if you are late. 5. You can opt to have video on or off. I will mute everyone when we start. 6. Stay after for chat or leave when class is over. Up to you!
Useful props to have: a bolster, cushions, blankets, yoga block, yoga strap (scarf, belt or tie would work) If you don't have props you can make them. Blankets or towels rolled up and tied would work for a bolster, or firm couch cushions. Books can be used for blocks.
