Wednesdays 6.00-7.15pm ongoing This class is a combination of gentle somatic movements designed to help release tension in the body followed by passive, introspective restorative yoga postures to allow the body to rest deeply. Each class has a different theme. Please note most of this class is done lying on the floor. Prepare your space for comfort. Things you'll find useful: a bolster, 2 yoga blocks, 1-2 blankets (large towels work too), cushions/throw pillows x 2 or bed pillows (optional eye pillow). Wall space or chair/sofa
Fridays + Saturdays ongoing 9.00 - 10.15am This class really is a sweet blend of all my favourite things - yoga, functional movement+ meditation all rolled into one package! This practice is active but starts slow with opportunities to challenge yourself. Expect there to be some breathing practices & meditation or yoga philosophy woven into this class. I always offer plenty of variations so you can adapt your practice to your needs. You should be able to get up and down from the floor for this practice. A mat and a block/cushion will be used.

2. send me an email to confirm who the pass is for, so I have your details for zoom link to. Banking names do not always match emails! this step is important so i have a record. I will keep track of your pass so you don't need to and will email you when it has finished.

if you have bought passes before and your details have not changed, you can miss step 2.
If there are 2 or 3 of you all practicing together at home you only need one pass/class per group.
