This class is a blend of gentle somatic type movements designed to help release tension in the body followed by passive, introspective restorative yoga postures to allow the body to rest deeply. This series is themed although you are welcome to drop into a single class. You should be able to lie on the floor for this one. Blankets are good for warmth here. Useful props: bolster, 1-2 blocks, blankets 1 or 2 (large towels work too), cushions/ throw pillows x 2 (optional eye pillow)
This class really is a sweet blend of all my favourite things - movement, stillness + yoga all rolled into one package! This practice is active but starts slow with opportunities to challenge yourself. Expect there to be some breathing practices & meditation or yoga philosophy woven into this class. Begin your day with some mindful movement and connect with your community!

If your bank details/paypal details do not match please make sure I know who is getting the zoom link! 3. If there are 2 of you in one house doing yoga you only need pay for 1 session. 4. Price includes tax. 5. If you purchase a 5 class pass I will send you weekly zoom links and you can choose what classes you want to attend.

Never done a zoom class before? No problem, here's how...
1. Download the Zoom app on your computer here 2. Set up your yoga space. You don't need a big space, lay out a yoga mat if you have one. 3. Click on the meeting link I will send you once you register. Class opens 10 mins before for chat or questions. 4. Join whenever you are ready I'll keep the class open if you are late. 5. You can opt to have video on or off. I will mute everyone when we start or you can do this yourself by clicking the mic icon on your screen. 6. Stay after for chat or leave when class is over. Up to you!
Useful props to have: A bolster or firm pillow like a meditation cushion. If you have enough $ to buy props they make an excellent investment for your practice. A yoga block is really useful. Questions? Please contact me.
