Sunday November 8th 2-4pm with Camellia Rumball + Sian Pringle on Zoom
We'll spend time exploring Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra to allow you to make your way from thinking and doing to feeling and being. This is a slow mindful practice to encourage deep rest and relaxation. Come with an open mind and be prepared to be guided through healing practices to reset and balance your nervous system.
You'll need some props for this. Blankets, pillows, a bolster if you have one, if not make one with rolled up blankets or towels will work too.
