Just Yoga, 53 East Broadway, Vancouver - NEW CLASS
This class is a blend of gentle somatic movement sequences designed to help release tension in the body followed by passive, introspective restorative yoga postures to allow the body to rest deeply. We will be using bolsters, blocks and blankets to ensure the body is comfortable and supported. You will be guided verbally through all the sequences and offered optional hands on assists. You need no experience, all bodies welcome.
