This is a light hearted, creative approach to get you moving in ways your body might have forgotten! We'll use the floor, the wall, tennis balls and wooden dowels to support, strengthen and remind the body of what it's designed to do - TO MOVE. Some movements will look like yoga. There will be standing, sitting, balancing and rolling. Inspired by the work of Thomas Hanna somatics, functional movement and yoga.
